Like another reviewer, I can't get anything like 210 pairs of earrings into this holder as I have a number of danglies and oversize pieces. I can, however, see everything I've got, and everything is stored as an assembly, so I am not rooting around for backs when I am in a rush. I have them sorted, more or less by color and my earrings are also not getting scratched being in a pile in my jewelry box.
