I got this for my wife at Christmas. We then had to travel across country from SC to WA. During the trip she kept some of her jewelry in this case. You know, the stuff she wears all the time. Well I spent hours untangling all her necklaces. They slip into the top of the case and are held in place by a little hook. The other end is free to move around. Presto! tangled necklaces. There is no way to hold the bottoms in place and if the case turns upside down (which happens when your moving luggage) the necklace slips off the top clip.
