I purchased the platinum diamond earring jackets to give my diamond studs a different look. The platinum is a little heavier then the white gold, however they are made beautifully and the diamonds are brillant with the studs. Make sure you know that when you order your jackets for 1 carat stud earrings it means the jackets will only fit 1/2 carat in each jacket.
