I purchased for Mother's Day gift in May 2010 and haven't had an opportunity to find out how my mom likes it, but it is a product that I know she needed. Hard to find in a gold tone in anything but a base metal product. Located some 14kt versions in the $100 range, so opted for these from Emitations to try. My only disappointment was to recognize from the packaging that these same items are available from various vendors at prices from twice what is posted here at Amazon to half the price of what I paid here at the manufacturer's own site (branded on package as "Comfees").
