I gave this 1 star because it would not allow me to give it any less.

1. This is NOT a music box!
2. You can ALMOST see the crystal, it's smaller than the dragons hand which is tiny.
3. The painting of the piece is horrible, a child could do a better job.
4. The 3D element of the waterfall (which sparkles in the picture) doesn't exist. The waterfall blends in with the water giving it no 3D affect at all. The rocks at the bottom are silver dots.
5. The "lights" in the buildings are there but you have to put your nose right in the box to see them. Notice in the pictures of the product how it "casts a glow".
6. The outside of the box isn't done any better, it claims its wood but feels like plastic. The elements on the outside of the box look cheap.

It is not detail oriented as shown in the picture and is very disappointing. I will try an upload a customer picture so you can compare the product picture to the real thing. I will be sending mine back asap.
